IntraSuelo is an engineering consulting firm established in 2022 to provide quality geotechnical and material testing services with the vision to be the best servants to each other, our clients, and our community. Located in booming Austin, Texas and certified as a minority, women-owned and HUB enterprise, Constructinople LLC dba IntraSuelo provides senior level attention and the flexible, timely response only a small, nimble firm can deliver. A few select projects that the IntraSuelo team has worked on include Killeen ISD Maude Wood Elementary School, Hutto ISD 9th Grade Center Campus and the Hobby Middle School additions.

Geotechnical Engineering
The technical team at IntraSuelo has a combined experience of over 50 years with unique local soil conditions in Texas, from Waco to Corpus, and Houston to El Paso, particularly in Central Texas. Experts in design parameters for single-family residential, luxury custom homes, multifamily residential, pavement design, K-12, public work, commercial & mixed-use projects, we drill and sample material from infill, greenfield and brownfields, performing auger, push tube, split spoon, TX cone penetrometer and rock coring in the Central Texas area. Field samples are tested in a certified laboratory with nimble responsive technicians, engineers and scientists. Reports are prepared based on the results of the field samples for foundation and pavement recommendations.
Construction Materials Testing
IntraSuelo’s field and lab technicians are certified to perform quality control inspections, strength and density testing on concrete, asphalt, and soil materials for a diversified and wide range of construction projects and end users.
People
John P. Styron, PE (TX, LA), LEED AP
John has approximately 26 years of experience in the fields of construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical engineering in local projects and national and international projects. John has extensive project experience with K-12 and higher education projects through the state of Texas. This experience includes The University of Texas/The University of Texas Health Science Center, Texas A&M University system and Texas State University. These projects involved geotechnical consulting, exploratory drilling, and geotechnical and construction materials project management.
Rob Reyes, Principal RAR, LLC
Rob Reyes has 19 years of experience in the field of business development management. RAR, LLC represents clients who work in the public and private sector. RAR, LLC is focused on supporting the business development goals of it’s clients by navigating successful outcomes for the complex projects they are involved with. Rob was a founding principal of a business consulting firm he helped expand over 8 years to include over 35 consultants. During his tenure at as principal of the organization he was responsible for the management of the consultants of the firm and the diverse clients they represented. Prior to consulting, Rob was the director of business development for an international design firm, a national program management organization and a regional construction company.
